Notes |
- Description: This house in Plzen Husova 58 was built for Hans Brummel and his wife Hanni in 1929 by renowned architect Adolf Loos.
Both Jan and Jana Brummel survived Theresienstadt, and lived in the house until they died in 1960 & 1980 respectively. The house was nationalized by the Communists, and was returned to the family via a restitution law in 1997 to Michal Brummel.
Restoration is underway by architect Girsa, and is expected to be completed in 2006.
Built in 1929, designed in 1928 for house by Adolf Loos. A peculiar stretched house on the first floor. All the doors in one line like Palladio and a lot of columns form the space. On the inside the house is covered with marble.
