      516 4th street, Oakmont
      Here is an outline of the deed history that I found. We bought the house
      September 2006 from the bank who took it from the Kokales's.
      It shows the date and deed info, the transfer parties and the cost. There
      were also duel deeds going for 20 years before 1900 when the land was two
      lots. The house sits on what would be considered a double lot.
